There is an opportunity for printing on both the airplane and the card holder.

Proof of Concept

The challenge I’m facing here is that the plane must be handed out with it’s holder. So I need to find a way of fabricating the holder that’s efficient.

Two experiments are shown. One with three layers of cardboard (could be laser cut) and another cut from a single piece with folded up edges. It’s held together by bond paper wrapped around it.
