Arduino Workshops

Arduino Blink Sessions

Of course you can learn Arduino on your own. By why not do it with friends!

These meetups are a chance to meet new people and work on projects. So if you’re interested in Arduino start coming out! If you don’t have Arduino hardware yet, come and someone will help you find it!

Help and be helped. Don’t feel shy if you’re a beginner. You’ll enjoy seeing other people’s projects and get lots of new ideas for projects.

Blink Rule: Please greet everybody who enters the room. If they have not yet uploaded the blink program to an Arduino, please help them get to that point. If they don’t have an Arduino they may need help purchasing one or finding one to borrow.

Arduino Absolute Beginner

This workshop runs on request!

Prerequisites:  Attend Arduino Blink Sessions until you have Arduino installed on your laptop and it has been verified by uploading the Blink Arduino sample program. If you can do this on your own that’s fine but why not do it in a social environment! At Blink you can also get help finding a place to buy the materials for the course. The bill of materials is below.

Course Description: Arduino Total Beginner Workshop is for people that know absolutely nothing about Arduino. If you are comfortable with installing Arduino and loading the sample programs and making a basic circuit, this workshop may not be for you.
